Nicole Claude is a healthcare professional with an extensive background in nursing. As a student nurse, Nicole recalls demonstrating a future in Public Health Nursing. Today she is a communicator at large and an advocate for your community well-being. Other areas of competence include communication, management, team and leadership. To illustrate, in 2001, Nicole created a program called “Embracing Cultural Diversity in the Healthcare System.” Increasinly in our diverse culture, institutions are recognizing the importance of understanding different cultures within the healthcare system. She is proud to have led the way on this important issue. As a clinician, Nicole was appointed as an International Coordinator, using critical care thinking, critical nursing, advocacy and language skills, for a major health insurance company. She is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Creole as a result, many of her friends called her the “quadruple threat”.
Ms. Claude is currently expanding her nursing skills by designing several inspiring health programs with the ultimate goal to make a difference for people living in the community. On September 29, 2011 she unveils her timely and effective program entitled Your Health-Wealth Care Management Plan. She is invited to share as a Keynote Speaker on this important issue. According to her, she will deliver an inspirational, sensational and conversational presentation designed with you in mind. Furthermore, as a communicator, in 2009, Nicole Claude produced and hosted The Nicole Claude Show in Chicago. It was a lasting opportunity. Nicole conducted countless interviews with many local or out of state community leaders or entertainers, promoted brand new projects and organizations, and showcased her cultural Caribbean music. On October 17, 2009, Nicole dedicated a portion of her live radio show to the Unveiling of the Du Sable Monument which took place on Michigan Avenue in Chicago. A You Tube video was created regarding this historical moment, and is currently ready for your viewing. At this time, The Nicole Claude Show was empowered by several team members from her co-host, medical correspondent, guest co-host, special segment guest, frequent guest (s), technical producer and a Chef.
To inaugurate her radio hosting debut, Ms. Claude was featured in October 2009 in a Haitian publication located in Florida. This article was published in Pluriel Magazine and is entitled, ” A New Voice for Haiti: The Nicole Claude Show Creates Opportunities to Unite the Caribbean Community in the Midwest” by Steve Shapiro, journalist.
In this aforemetioned publication, Nicole Claude shared ” her goal to build a team of investors and vendors to create and operate a 24-hour/7-days a week radio station in Chicago dedicated to Caribbean issues that can be heard all over the Midwest.” “The future is a Caribbean voice, a Haitian voice that can be heard in Chicago,” said Claude. Nicole was successful at creating audio ads to benefit her clientele. Overtime The Nicole Claude Show built a committed audience of nearly 10,000.
Nicole Claude remains progressive in support of her media initiatives. She is pleased to announce that thenicoleclaudeshowblog reached 100 posts with 1,000 viewers and beyond, a thrilling experience. Moreover, on October 12, 2009, Nicole was instrumental in showcasing her French/Creole culture as a local presenter at the Addison Public Library located at a Chicago northwest suburb. At this event called Haiti Chere, Eric Vincent, a well-known French artist, troubadour, joined forces with her team and performed. The attendees were delighted. This local event was publicized in The Addison Independent-Addison’s Hometown Newspaper.
Nicole Claude treasures being multifaceted, and is grateful. She is inspired to share with the public about Midwest Communication Network Group, a not for profit organization that she founded. Nicole is Mom to a college student, Alexsa. Nicole’s Mom is currently the notable eldest of our growing family. Mom is a Haitian immigrant icon as well as a pioneer.
