SuperExcellent Day, a series

SuperExcellent Day

In Ill we’re heavily guided by the weather. Usually our conversation is not complete until we have the weather conversation face to face or someone or anybody endearingly asks you over the phone, how is the weather in Chicago? Today I woke and it’s gloomy, cold to me however some fellow dire residents may call it cool. It’s totally an individual experience. As an immigrant from a hot climate like Haiti, after 39 years I am still challenged by our Heartland climate.

Furthermore last night upon retiring I came across this subhuman picture in reference to my terre natale. I was horrified. Well, it’s about the prison. In my mind I think I saw 200 inmates in one prison cell, and in another cell you can see a mixture of adults and young kids sharing the same quarter. Fortunately the sexes are kept separately. I saw this picture before perhaps last year, and it stroke a cord however this time the images went deeper to the point I had major difficulties falling asleep and woke two hours later, feeling unrest. Perhaps this time together we will take unified actions in order to help remedy this humanitarian situation with prompto results.

What’s the solution? Do you have one to share? I welcome your recommendations. After much pondering, one for sure I can offer is to continue to have SuperExcellent days, what’s available is an empowered life and lifestyle. As you and I stay fit and well, we’re equip to help and continue to make a difference. As a matter of fact, I woke up to this new trend which started in Naples call “suspended coffee”, just love it. I would love to take this new conversation in ILL in all areas of life, just imagine! As your already know I am committed to the net bill being paid on the first and more…

Thus a superExcellent day can be about a reflection as well as an invitation to a workable trend like your suspended heart’s desires!
