Yesterday to my surprise, the unthinkable happened, I took me two naps back to back. I remembered waking up from the first one and second later, I was out as a light. I woke and I actually had a dream. I continue to marvel at the power of my nap.
I am also realizing that naps are free and easy and you wake up revitalized, every time. I just need myself, the authority to take one and a safe place. Wow, that’s all!
Over time, I am learning to stop fighting with my nap, and I am winning.
The benefits of taking my nap so far are:
feeling revitalized
enjoying nature
feeling at ease in managing the happenings in my life
I even thought yesterday was Friday. It’s like winning 24 hour in my life, what a bonus!!!
Stop fighting with your nap, just take one. Oh, o no nap today but I will take a snack for now.

Excellent story Nicole! Many people run their lives by not taking a nap or not having enough sleep. They become stressed, tired and not concentrating at work hence making mistakes especially if they work in hospitals or factories.
